Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026 · Ultracomputer, 50 Sunnyvale Gate, Unit 16, Brampton, ON L6S 0C4. These terms apply to purchases, repairs and services at Ultracomputer. By shopping with us or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Sales, returns & exchanges

All sales are final. We offer a 7-day exchange on products returned in their original condition and packaging, with the original receipt only.

  • A 30% restocking charge applies to any item not returned in its original, sealed condition.
  • After 7 days from purchase, all sales are final.
  • Aftermarket (compatible) products such as laptop chargers and toner cartridges are not made by the original brand. Please bring your device model or old part so we can match it before you buy.

2. Quotes, diagnostics & prices

  • A basic check and quote are free.
  • If we need to open your device and test parts to find the fault, the diagnostic fee is $40. If you go ahead with the repair, the $40 is taken off your repair bill.
  • Small repairs start at $39.99. Popular fixed prices: computer tune-up $49.99, Windows reinstall $79.99, virus removal $89.99.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.
  • Quotes are valid at the time they are given. Parts availability and prices can change without notice.

3. Repairs, warranty & turnaround

Repairs come with a limited warranty on the parts we installed and the work we did. The length depends on the repair and the parts used — we tell you when you pick up your device. The warranty does not cover new physical damage, liquid damage, or problems not related to the original repair.

Repair times are estimates given in good faith. Most repairs are done the same or next day when parts are in stock; liquid-damage and board-level repairs usually take 2–5 business days.

Ultracomputer is an independent repair shop. We are not an Apple Authorized Service Provider or a Samsung service centre, and we are not affiliated with any device manufacturer. Third-party repair may affect a manufacturer's warranty.

4. Your data

By using our repair services, you agree that Ultracomputer is not liable for any data loss that may happen during a repair.

Please back up your photos, contacts and files before you bring your device in for any repair.

5. Used devices

Used desktops, laptops and phones come with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. If a used device is defective within this period, we will repair or exchange it at our choice. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear.

6. Internet plans

We sell internet plans as a reseller. Once your service is installed, the provider handles network support, billing and service issues. Installation dates depend on the provider and availability in your area. Plans and prices can change without notice.
