How long does a repair take?
Most screen, battery and keyboard repairs are done the same or next day. If a part needs to be ordered, we tell you the date. Liquid damage and logic-board repairs take 2–5 business days.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during store hours. Calling ahead helps if you want us to check a part is in stock.
Will I lose my files?
Most repairs don't touch your files. If the hard drive or SSD has to be replaced, we tell you before we start.
