Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during store hours. Call ahead if you want us to check a part is in stock.
What should I bring?
Your computer and its charger or power cable. If it has a password, please write it down or be ready to unlock it for testing.
Is the check free?
Yes, a basic check and quote are free. If we need to open your device and test parts, the diagnostic is $40 — and it comes off your repair bill if you go ahead.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes, for an extra fee. Call us for details.
